Doctor Who - The 3 Romana's

Decided today to make an upload on the 3 incarnations of Romana [yes 3, there's now a 3rd Romana, thanks to Big Finish productions].

ROMANA I [1978-1979]
Played on screen by the late Mary Tamm [1950 - 2012].

ROMANA II [1979 - 1981].
Played on screen by Lalla Ward.

ROMANA III [2013]
Played by Juliet Landau in an upcoming 8th Doctor audio drama produced by Big Finish productions.

Juliet Landau is not someone I would have pictured playing Romana in my mind. Back 3 years ago when I had a YouTube channel also known as Doctor Who One [I left cos YouTube was becoming a shit hole with all the channel redesigns and other changes being made at the time] , I had made a video featuring Mary and Lalla with my own choice for an actress in the role of a 3rd incarnation of the Time Lady who could have been Romana if somehow she come back to Doctor Who in the new series -

AMBER BENSON
Amber is best known to many as the lovely yet shy Tara Maclay in Joss Whedons epic [and sadly by me, a very much missed ] TV series 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer [1997 - 2003].

Juliet Landau would infact now mean that Buffy's Spike and Drusilla have both been in the Universe of Doctor Who, with her as Romana III for Big Finish alongside Paul McGann as the 8th Doctor, while Spike himself, actor James Marsters, had played Time Agent Captain John Hart in the Doctor Who spin-off series 'Torchwood' www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKycI5…
