Forbidden Planet - A wasted journey.

Right, just got back from London, and it seems I've gone and wasted my time heading to Forbidden Planet today cos they had the 3rd Doctor costume T-Shirt   . . . . but not the 12th Doctor one

 

The reason - IT'S NOT ACTUALLY AVAILABLE IN ANY FORBIDDEN PLANET STORE YET !!

Well thanks a lot Forbidden Planet for making me expect it to be available  why the hell could they not just say 'This product is currently unavailable in all our stores' on their ruddy website ?, cos I feel mislead into believing that the T-Shirt was available, only to be told by a member of staff that the actual damn T-Shirt is not avaliable yet what so ever, and never said to me when it would be sold in shops

So instead, I decided to not buy the 3rd Doctor T-Shirt, as I didn't want to buy one without the other, and to be really honest, I'm not massively keen on the costume T-Shirts anyway, true I do own the new series Rassilon version and a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Red Ranger T-Shirt as well, but somehow I've never been keen on the Doctors various outfits being T-Shirts for some reason, and having read comments on Forbidden Planets website from various customers, some of them have complained about the costume T-Shirts being a bit too low around the neck where they've printed the images or being off colour or some other reason.



So nevermind. I'm saving up for the brand new 12th Doctor figure to go with the rest of the Doctors figures for one thing, and as London MCM Expo is just around the corner next month, it's always good to save up for that too
