Hey all.Some truly sad news. Red Dwarf actor Craig Charles has sadly lost his older brother, Dean Charles, this week on Tuesday just gone of an unexpected Heart Attack aged 52, two years older then Craig himself.
Craig is currently in Australia in the latest series of ITV show 'I'm a Celebrity, get me out of here'. According to the Sun newspaper, it's believed Craig was informed of his elder brothers death last night, and for obvious reasons, may have to leave the aforementioned ITV series as a contestant on the show.
Craig's only other brother, the youngest of the three Charles brothers, Emile Charles, is still alive and well, and appeared alongside Craig as a younger Dave Lister in the Red Dwarf episode 'Timeslides'.
My thoughts go to Craig Charles, his brother Emile and their family and friends at this difficult time in their lives. It's even horrible to lose their eldest brother when you realize that Christmas is just around the corner, making this their first without him.

We all knew this day would come, but come it finally has. DeviantArt sure has changed in many ways, and not for the better. So many good friends I've made on this site appear to have just vanished over time, some closing down their accounts, while others just keep their account active but never bother to use it. The site is always being bombarded by filthy uploads [do I really need to give an example displayed on this Journal ? . . no, thought not], and like many of you, I too have never once had an interest in DeviantArt Eclipse, which many of you have said in the past y

Doctor Who - In defence of Rona Munro

It's probably unnessesary, but I feel like defending Rona Munro.
If you have absolutely no idea who Rona is, she is the lady who, sadly, many Doctor Who fan's apparently claimed KILLED Doctor Who in 1989.
Rona wrote 'Survival', the final story of Season 26 and classic Doctor Who as we know it. The name might sound a bit familiar with new series fan's, as she wrote the story 'The Eaters of Light' for Series 10 back in 2017.
As I understand it, and I think I may have read this originally one time in Doctor Who Magazine, Runo is often accused of being the person who killed off Doctor Who in 1989 with the story 'Survival', which yest

I've just logged in to Twitter...and the amount of love and support for Craig is unbelievable...well done everyone. I couldn't watch him saying goodbye on I'm A Celeb tonight, it would of been too much. I'm glad he's making his way home to his family...massive thoughts go out to them all.
