Doctor Who - Before we became the Doctor

With Peter Capaldi as the new 12th Doctor and also with the return of Doctor Who itself with series 8 beginning in just 2 weeks time, I thought it would be interesting to show the men who became the Doctor BEFORE they became the Doctor.

I wanted to include John Hurt onto this as I didn't want to leave him out as I do regard him as an official Doctor [unlike some people, usually on YouTube in the comments, who claim he don't . . . . HE FRICKEN WELL DOES OK !! ] and also, I decided not to end up using a picture of Peter Capaldi as Malcolm Tucker in 'The Thick of It' as it's his most famous role prior to being cast as the Doctor and would have therefore been too obvious of me to use an image of Peter as the iconic man of constant swearing.

So anyway, here's a list now detailing the characters each actor is shown represented above, along with the name of the character, which TV Show or Film they starred in, and the year they appeared in that respective TV show or Film.
